Studio Elle Architecture specialises in country homes, listed properties, and sensitive extensions. Our consultations are warm, thoughtful and practical — helping you understand your next steps with confidence.

What’s included in your 90-min consultation?
Each 90-minute session with ARB RIBA registered architect Elle is shaped around your needs — whether you're exploring options, stuck at a crossroads, or need clarity on planning or layout. Together, we can:
– Explore the design potential of your site or home
– Review layouts and suggest improvements
– Discuss feasibility, planning constraints or next steps
– Refine your vision, priorities and approach

Recent clients have included a couple looking to purchase a listed cottage, seeking clarity on its renovation potential; a homeowner with an early-stage layout, refining the use of space and light; and a family weighing up whether to move or extend their much-loved countryside home.

A 90-minute consultation is £350 (no VAT), including a written summary with tailored guidance and next steps. The fee is deducted from any future full architectural services.

  • Consultations are tailor made to you - we can discuss anything related to your vision or questions you have. The session is flexible and collaborative, allowing you to ask questions and receive tailored feedback and ideas.

    Consultations take place via Teams video calls. Before your scheduled session, you’ll receive an email with a link to join. During the consultation, you can share your screen, or we can review images, plans, documents you have emailed beforehand.

    Upon your initial email to Elle to book a consultation, we will arrange the best time and issue an invoice for payment.

  • Simply fill out the Contact Form , or email elle@studioellearchitecture with your details and availability and Elle will be in touch to arrange the best time. Consultation timings are flexible and will work around your schedule - Elle can offer selected evening or early morning slots if required.

  • Your preparation can be as minimal or detailed as you like. To make the most of the consultation, we recommend creating a simple document with:

    • Photos of the spaces you’d like help with.

    • A list of questions or areas you’d like feedback on.

    • Optional: Inspiration images, mood boards, or floor plans.

  • You can share your space in real time using the camera on your device or by presenting photos/documents during the call. Many clients find it helpful to email images or plans beforehand for a more focused discussion. You can also share additional visuals using Team’s screen-share feature.

  • Clients are often surprised by how much they achieve in a single session. Elle’s ability to quickly understand and interpret spaces means you’ll leave the consultation with clear next steps, fresh ideas, and renewed confidence in your project.
